Culture Flipper is looking for a UX specialist (remote).

We need a UX specialist with 4 + years of demonstrated experience.

UX specialist Responsibilities:

  • Work with our team of researchers to gain extensive knowledge of products’ strengths and limitations relative to market/consumer trends, competitive threats, market opportunities, and more importantly, consumer experience.
  • Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
  • Partner with the business’s sales and marketing departments to create marketing and positioning strategies.
  • Advise the team on user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.

NOTE: This is both a design and content SEO position, however it is research-based rather than production-based. No technical implementation is expected nor required.

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Interest and knowledge of popular culture, including movies, TV shows, games, fine art and music
  • Must be good at multitasking, be flexible and a positive team player
  • Able to work with a multi-national team
  • Superior analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
